Dear Lemoore Union High School District,

As we begin our second year together, we will have many opportunities and challenges ahead of us to improve the lives of our students. I am confident that the unwavering commitment to our district mission and vision will continue to reflect the work that we do. Our combined efforts from our staff, parents, and educational partners have been instrumental in ensuring our district success, and I want to personally thank each one of your contributions. 

As we move forward, let us not forget the valuable lessons we learned during the past year.  Our collective experiences have shown us the importance of staying focused, supporting our students emotional and academic growth, and embracing change with an open mindset. Let’s carry these lessons with us and apply them as we face new opportunities and challenges together this upcoming school year.  

Our district’s focus this upcoming year is to build upon the work we have done through our PLC process in identifying the “WHAT” in curriculum and merging the “HOW” as we develop our instructional identity and assure that all students receive an exemplary education leading to college entrance and/or career paths.

As we transition back to work, let us cherish the memories we have created together, and let us look forward to the exciting times that lie ahead. Together, we are a force to be reckoned with, and I have no doubt that we will achieve what we set our mind to. I am truly grateful to have each of you as part of our team, and I eagerly await the remarkable accomplishments we will achieve together.
